i’m Erin taylor

I could tell you about my qualifications as a coach, and I guess I should, but what I really want you to feel when you read through this “about me” page is the absolute love I have for teaching and coaching. I always knew I wanted to teach in some capacity. It started off with me in college majoring in English, planning to work in a high school. Then I found the barbell, and shortly after that found powerlifting, and it was game over from there.

Now I just want to get a barbell into as many women’s hands as humanly possible so they too can know the utter joy of doing things that they never thought possible. Helping folks move their bodies and exercise with a goal other than just to shrink in mind. 

My favorite moment with my athletes and clients is when I get to watch them absolutely obliterate the old ceilings they thought their strength capped out at. 

Okay now onto the qualifications. I am a NSCA CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist), a NASM CPT (certified personal trainer), CES (corrective exercise specialist), and FNS (fitness nutrition specialist). But by far, the thing that has helped me the most throughout my career as a coach is having other coaches. I have learned under some pretty amazing folks that have served as mentors to myself.

My Mission

My goal is to help as many women and folks as I can break into their strength and live a life they’re proud of. Bringing you strength and resiliency through fun and effective training so that you can feel empowered and confident to take on the world.
